Lead, Client Support Services
As Team Lead for Client Support Services, Joe is responsible for full life-cycle support for our financial services clients from installation to testing to product deployment.
As part of his role at Digital Resolve, Joe and his team also handle all on-site customer training, custom model building consultations and customer data analysis.
Joe attended Northern Kentucky University where he graduated cum laude with joint degrees, including a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.S. in Computer Science.
